I work across strategy, transformation and operations, with experience in infrastructure, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, government and not-for-profit organisations.

The work I enjoy most is complex, ambiguous and consequential. I like problems with moving parts, competing priorities and no obvious answer. I like working with thoughtful people who care about getting to the right outcome, not just the cleanest slide.

The common thread is practical change. I bring structure to messy problems, turn evidence into choices and help shape the operating conditions needed for decisions to become real.

I am most interested in work that sits close to implementation — where strategy moves from recommendation to action, where people need to adopt new ways of working, and where outcomes need to be delivered, not just agreed.
